How long will my order take to be processed?
Unless noted on the website as "out of stock", your order will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.
If there is likely to be any delays in processing your order we will notify you using the contact details you have provided at time of order.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept cheques, money orders, direct deposit, Visa and Mastercard.
Can I pick up my order from you?
Sorry we do not have a shopfront and are unable to offer pickups. We ship Australia wide and you can order from our secure site. Alternatively, please check the "stockists" link to find a store near you.
Will you pass my details onto any other companies?
Definitely not!
Your details will never leave our office.
Is the Chocolate Liquor in the Enjoy Life chocolate products alcoholic?
Despite its name, rest assured the chocolate liquor is non alcoholic. The liquor is obtained when the cocoa bean is extracted from the shell and ground into a liquid form (chocolate liquor). From that point the fat is extracted from the liquor, which is called cocoa butter (non dairy of course). Once the cocoa butter is removed all that remains is cocoa powder.
Do I have to order online?
We have a secure online shop for your convenience, however you may also fax or post your order to us.
Our products are also available at selected retail outlets around the country, please check our "Stockists" page for current details of where the products are available.
How is my order delivered?
We use Fastway Couriers who require a signature at the time of delivery, therefore we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. If you are unable to be home to accept the delivery, please leave instructions on your order for an acceptable place to leave your goods in your absence.
In the event you live in a remote or rural area not serviced by Fastway then we will send your order via Australia Post and in this instance we can ship to a PO Box if you have no street address
How long will my order take to get to me?
We are located on the Gold Coast in Qld.
We currently ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Example delivery timeframes include -
Brisbane, Gold Coast, Northern NSW, Sydney - 1-2 days from despatch;
Melbourne, Adelaide, Nth Qld - 2-3 days from despatch;
Perth, Hobart, NT, Tas & remote areas - 7-10 days from despatch
