Incorrect information :

In the event a product is listed incorrectly or at an incorrect price due to an error in information received from our suppliers or due to incorrect data entry, Allergy Friendly Foods has the right to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify you by email or phone, using the details you have provided.

Order fulfillment :

All orders are subject to availability of stock.

Returns :

Any faulty or damaged stock will be exchanged at no cost to you, provided you notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of Allergy Friendly Foods will be replaced at no additional charge to you.

If you have incorrectly ordered a product, you may return it to us for an exchange within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us in original saleable condition. All postage and freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment :

Freight charges quoted are valid for Australia only. If you are ordering from outside of Australia, please contact us for an applicable shipping rate.

For payment we accept Visa, MasterCard, direct deposit, cheques and money orders. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. We are unable to offer terms. Orders will not be dispatched until applicable payment has cleared.

Privacy:

Your privacy is important to us. Allergy Friendly Foods does not sell, rent or lease our customer lists to anybody. Your information does not leave our office.
